FIELD: antennas.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a radio frequency identification tag (RFID tag) and a method for its production. The method involves: 1) applying solder paste: solder paste is applied to the printed substrate, each end of which has a U-shaped notch to accommodate one of the tag antennas; 2) chip placement: mounting the chip using surface mount equipment, namely the RF module is directly mounted on the surface of the substrate; 3) antenna location: place the antenna over the U-shaped notch and press it into the U-shaped notch in the substrate; 4) soldering: the RF module and antennas are welded to the substrate using wave soldering or reflow soldering, and the substrate has welding pads on both sides of each U-shaped notch where the antennas are soldered.
EFFECT: reducing the overall thickness of the mark so that the overall thickness of the mark is close to the diameter of the antenna, thereby reducing the risk of bubbles during the installation process.
