WIRELESS ULTRA FREQUENCY DETECTOR OF SIGNALS AND COMMANDS OF UHF RFID READERS AND METHOD FOR DETECTING SIGNALS AND COMMANDS OF UHF RFID READERS Russian patent published in 2021 - IPC G06K7/00 G08B5/00

Abstract RU 2744229 C1

FIELD: radio frequency identification.

SUBSTANCE: technical result consists in increasing the stability of the operation of RFID systems and RFID tags, in the possibility of assessing the uniformity of the coverage area of the EM signal emitted by RFID antennas and generated from UHF RFID readers, in reducing financial costs in the implementation of systems, in the development of RFID equipment and RFID systems, as well as in increasing the efficiency of their use at real implementation sites. The technical result is achieved due to the fact that the directional pattern is formed, and with the help of analog and digital detectors, signals, commands and data are recorded. An analog detector compares the signals from the RFID reader and provides the operator with information about the stability or instability of the RFID reader signal, while the display elements are controlled immediately, ensuring a high reaction rate of the invention to the RFID reader signals. And the digital detector, in turn, decodes RFID reader commands, filters commands, parsing data, and informs the operator about the quality of the signal and commands of the RFID reader. The method is implemented using a device containing an RFID tag: antenna-feeder path and transceiver; two command detectors - analog and digital, working independently of each other. The transceiver and both detectors are powered from the power supply.

EFFECT: RFID systems operations stability is increased.
