FIELD: verification systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an account-level ledger verification system for directed acyclic graph-based transaction chains (DAG-AWTC) using a consensus mechanism with Byzantine fault tolerance (BFT). The system consists of interacting nodes containing: a transaction configuration module for consensus, which is designed to select a set of transactions up to any one time 30 seconds to 1 minute from the current moment, for which consent has not yet been received, from a set of DAG-AWTC transactions, to set selected transactions as a consensus transaction for which BFT consensus is to be executed in real time, and outputting the specified consensus transaction to the BFT consensus execution module; and a BFT consensus execution module that is configured to verify the DAG-AWTC ledger by executing BFT consensus using said derived consensus transaction.
EFFECT: increased reliability of DAG-AWTC registries.
