FIELD: material transport systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to partial vacuum pneumatic transport systems, in particular to the collection and transport of waste, for example, to the transport of household waste. The method of loading and transporting material consists in the fact that fractions of at least two materials are loaded through at least two inlet points into the cavity of the channel for transporting material from the loading opening and are transported in said cavity further to the outlet end of the channel for transporting material, mainly by means of gravity and/or vacuum created by the partial vacuum generator of the pneumatic system for transporting the material. The material is loaded from at least one loading opening of at least one inlet point, and a fraction of the first material loaded through at least the first inlet point is carried into the specified cavity of the channel for transporting the material and is temporarily stored in the cavity or removed out of this cavity, and the material is loaded into a loading container of at least one second entry point, wherein in said loading container a fraction of the second material loaded is held in temporary storage by a restrictive device which, in a first operating state, prevents the passage of this fraction of material from the second loading container into the cavity channel for transporting material. A device for loading and transporting material contains at least two input points for loading fractions of at least two materials through the input point loading container into a channel cavity for transporting material from the loading opening and transporting them in said channel cavity further to the outlet end of said transport channel material mainly through gravity and/or rarefaction. The vacuum is created by a partial vacuum generator. In this case, the device for loading and transporting material contains at least one loading opening of the input point and a passage from the loading opening of the input point of the loading container into the specified cavity of the channel for material from the loading opening, and the passage from the loading container of the first input point to the specified one is open. Connected to at least the second loading container and said channel cavity for material is a restrictive means which, in a first operating state, prevents the passage of a material fraction from the second loading container into said channel cavity for transporting material, while in a second operating state, it releases the material fraction for its passage from the second loading container into the specified cavity of the channel for transporting material, so that the second loading container is configured to be used as a temporary storage for the material when the restrictive means is in the first position.
EFFECT: method and device provide simultaneous supply of material from different supply points.
