METHOD OF MOVING MATERIAL IN MATERIAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM, BLOCK OF SEPARATING DEVICES AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2023 - IPC B65F5/00

Abstract RU 2795595 C2

FIELD: material transport system.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for moving material and conveying air in a pneumatic system, a block of separating devices for such a system, and to a waste transportation system. Method for moving materials and conveying air in a pneumatic system, which includes at least one material entry point, a pipe for conveying material, at least two separating devices in which the conveyed material is separated from the conveying air, and means for creating a pressure difference and/or transport air flow in the transport pipe at least during transportation of the material, which contain at least one source of partial vacuum. In this case, the material is transported in a conveying air stream through a pipe for transporting material from the point of entry into one of at least two separating devices, at least one of which is designed to work as a backup separating device for the second separating device. Moreover, the separating device located downstream in the direction of movement of the conveying air receives material particles that have passed together with the conveying air through the separating device located upstream in the direction of movement of the conveying air, and separates these particles from the conveying air. The first and second separating devices are operably connected in an interchangeable manner. The separation device unit comprises at least two of the aforementioned separation devices, each of which has an inlet and an outlet for conveying air, and includes switching means for directing the flow of conveying air and material from the conveyance pipe to the inlet of each separator and means for connecting the suction openings of the separating device with the suction side of the partial vacuum source. The waste transportation system comprises at least one waste entry point, a material transportation pipe that is configured to be connected to the entry point, a separating device or container in which the transported material is separated from the transport air, and means for creating a pressure difference and/or flow conveying air in the transport pipe, at least during the transportation of material, which include at least one source of partial vacuum, while the system contains the above block of separation devices.

EFFECT: group of inventions improves manufacturability of small pneumatic systems for moving material.
