FIELD: packaging.
SUBSTANCE: package for fixing a bouquet, exposing and transporting it. The packaging blank before the start of operation has a flat appearance. The package is assembled on the bouquet by pulling the tie ribbon on both sides and tying a knot to fix the package on the bouquet. When assembled, the packaging emphasizes the shape of the bouquet. Due to the use of floristic packaging material, the package can keep its desired shape without the use of a special frame or other reinforcement. All parts and layers of the product are interconnected by stitching. The front side of the package is made of packaging floristic material. It can be a single piece of packaging material or several pieces of cut and fastened parts that will form a polygon. After pulling out the tie ribbon from both sides and tying a knot on the bouquet, the narrowest place in the assembled package is formed in this place. A ribbon can be attached to this part on the front side for additional fixation of the package on the bouquet and decoration. From the central part there is a cone-shaped expansion up and down, forming the upper and lower parts of the package (hourglass shape). The back layer is formed from a single piece of packaging material or several pieces of cut and fastened parts. At the same time, both the front and back sides have an uneven edge and may not match in size with each other, such a difference between the front and back sides is necessary to create volume on the finished bouquet and to achieve a greater aesthetic effect. The assembled packaging not only emphasizes the shape of the bouquet, but also covers the lower stems of the flowers (photo 1). The design feature allows to assemble the package on the bouquet in one or two minutes. This advantage cannot be realized by any of the currently known packaging for bouquets.
EFFECT: useful for florists and packers to increase sales and reduce the time to arrange ready-made bouquets. Packaging can be made in different sizes and proportions.
