FIELD: recycling of polycomponent mineral technogenic waste.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to the foam product of apatite-nepheline flotation, designed to make products used in construction and paint and varnish industries. Magnetic separation of the foam product of apatite-nepheline flotation is carried out with separation of the non-magnetic fraction from the magnetic one. After separation, the non-magnetic and magnetic fractions are sorted to obtain a sphene-containing intermediate from the non-magnetic fraction, and an aegirine-containing intermediate from the magnetic fraction. These intermediate products are separately ground in a ball mill at their mass ratio to the mass of the balls equal to 1:5-10 for 1-10 hours. The resulting powdered intermediate products are subjected to heat treatment, and the sphene-containing powdered intermediate product is dried at a temperature of 80-150°C to obtain a composite titanium-containing product, and the aegirine-containing powdered intermediate product is calcined at a temperature of 400-500°C to obtain a composite iron-containing product.
EFFECT: method improves its manufacturability by reducing the number of operations and improves environmental friendliness due to the elimination of harmful acidic wastewater.
