FIELD: construction materials.

SUBSTANCE: methods for producing composite alkaline activated binders based on a mixture of ash or ash and slag waste from a thermal station with a mineral additive used for the preparation of mortars and concrete, as well as other building materials that contain binders. A method for producing a binder involves joint grinding of ash or ash and slag waste and a nepheline-containing component and mixing the mixture with a solution of an alkaline agent. In this case, nepheline concentrate or waste from the enrichment of apatite-nepheline ores is used as a nepheline-containing component with a mass content of nepheline in their composition of 70-85 and 45-60%, respectively, ash or ash and slag waste and a nepheline-containing component are taken at a mass ratio of 1: 0.25-1, grinding of the components is carried out in a planetary mill at an energy supply intensity of at least 3 kJ/s per 1 kg of the mixture until the specific surface of the binder particles is 800-1400 m2/kg, and sodium hydroxide solution or liquid glass is used as an alkaline agent for mixing the mixture. The proposed method is technologically advanced and makes it possible to obtain a binder with increased (up to 45 MPa) compressive strength of products, as well as with a smaller number of binder components and number of operations.

EFFECT: method ensures an expansion of the raw material base and an increase in environmental friendliness when obtaining binder due to the recycling of mining waste.
