FIELD: gas analysis.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in industry to monitor the indoor atmosphere. The thin-film organic carbon monoxide sensor includes a dielectric glass substrate with W-shaped current electrodes made of silver with the gap between the electrodes being 50 mcm and a film of carbon composite material in the form of polyarylene phthalide single-walled carbon nanotubes of graphene oxide being deposited in the gap area between the electrodes.
EFFECT: ability to increase sensitivity of the proposed sensor by 20%, which in turn increases the accuracy of determining the concentration of carbon monoxide to 60%.
