FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas analysis, particularly to detecting devices for recording and measuring ammonia content in air. Invention can be used in industry for indoor air monitoring. Thin-film organic ammonia vapour sensor includes a substrate in the form of a composite film based on N-succinylchitosan – glycerol – silver iodide, on which there are two current electrodes made of aluminium with gap of 50 micrometres between them.

EFFECT: high accuracy of determining concentration of ammonia vapours in air.
