SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in secondary power supply systems for converting, regulating and stabilizing a DC output voltage, galvanically separated from the input DC voltage and reducing static and dynamic losses. In the device, half-bridge 1, consisting of two series-connected switches 2 and 3, implemented in the form of MOSFET field-effect transistors, the control electrodes of which are connected to the pulse-width controller 4, and two series-connected capacitors 5 and 6, is connected to a DC input voltage source. The diagonal of half-bridge 1 includes primary winding 7 of transformer 8, the beginning to the common connection point of keys 2 and 3 of the half-bridge, and the end to the common connection point of capacitors 5 and 6 of the half-bridge. The beginning of first secondary winding 9 of transformer 8 is connected to the beginning of second secondary winding 10. The end of the first secondary winding 9 is connected to the cathode of diode 11, and the end of second secondary winding 10 is connected to the cathode of diode 12, the anodes of diodes 11 and 12 are combined at a common connection point. The common points of the beginnings of secondary windings 9 and 10 of transformer 8 and the common connection points of the anodes of diodes 11 and 12 are connected to the input of L-shaped LC filter 13, parallel to the output terminals of which load 14 is connected.

EFFECT: formation of a low-voltage constant output voltage from a high-voltage constant input voltage and a reduction in dynamic and static power losses.
