FIELD: consumer goods industry; chemical industry.
SUBSTANCE: multilayer fire-resistant antistatic technical material with a polyvinyl chloride coating intended for manufacturing of products in the mining industry, shelters for equipment in the gas and chemical industries, which are subject to increased requirements for fire safety and the level of surface electrical resistance. The material includes a textile base made of polyester threads in the warp and weft and a polyvinyl chloride coating formed on the specified base on the front and back sides, containing chlorparaffin “ХП-470”, antimony trioxide and magnesium hydroxide - ecopyrene as part of the polyvinyl chloride coating. According to the invention, it contains a ground polyvinyl chloride coating based on micro-suspension PVC of various grades using the plasticizer diisonanyl phthalate (DINP), the front and back layers of the coating contain the plasticizer dioctyl adipate (DOA), phosphate plasticizer WSFR 71-B, complex barium-zinc stabilizer Lankromark LZB-996, fire retardant zinc borate RN-BZ25, deaerator NEWOTEC 010, and antistatic additive in the form of carbon nanotubes MATRIX 814. The ground polyvinyl chloride coating contains micromarble filler - calcite Omyacarb 5KV, complex barium-zinc stabilizer LOX-800, and adhesive additive Vulcabond MDX. A finishing coating is applied to the surface of the material, containing Acrypet VH 001 polymethyl methacrylate, UM-50 copolymer and solvents in the proportions of components in mass parts determined by the invention.
EFFECT: increased level of surface electrical resistance to impart antistatic properties to the material while maintaining the G1 flammability group and cold resistance level to minus 50°C.
