SUBSTANCE: invention relates to light industry, namely to production of material such as artificial leather with shaping ability, and can be used for production of moulded articles of interior of vehicles, as well as furniture. Disclosed is a multilayer material with a polymer coating, which includes a textile base, an adhesive layer and a polymer coating on the front side, wherein the polymer coating consists of two layers of the same composition, the compositions of which contain the following components, wt.pts.: polyvinyl chloride resin with Fikentscher constant K-82 100; primary phthalate plasticiser 35-40; secondary frost-resistant plasticizer 10-15; solution of butadiene-nitrile rubber in diisononyl phthalate 15-20; epoxy stabilizer 2-4; barium-zinc stabilizer 2-3; filler 5-15; pigments 1.5-5. Adhesive layer composition contains the following components, wt.pts.: polyvinyl chloride resin with Fikentscher constant K-60.5-65.5 100; primary phthalate plasticiser 40-50; barium-zinc stabilizer 2-3; adhesive agent in form of 25% solution of an isocyanate trimer in diisononyl phthalate 4-8. Also disclosed is a method of producing said material.

EFFECT: invention provides high forming ability of material, high mechanical properties on outer surface, high resistance to heat aging, aesthetic appearance.
