FIELD: light and chemical industries.
SUBSTANCE: production of multilayer technical material with polyvinyl chloride (PVC) coating, intended for the manufacture of tent structures, which are subject to increased requirements for fire and environmental safety. A multi-layer technical material is described, including a textile base made of chemical fibres and a polyvinyl chloride coating formed on this base by an applied method on the front and back sides, containing chloroparaffin HP-470, antimony trioxide and magnesium hydroxide - ecopyrene as part of the polyvinyl chloride coating. According to the invention, the multilayer technical material additionally contains a ground polyvinyl chloride coating, a woven polyester technical fabric is used as a textile base, made in a plain weave of textured polyester threads with pneumatic connections, a linear density of 111 dtex in the warp and weft, the ground, front and back coatings are applied to the polyester base with the ratio of layers in the material by weight, respectively: ground coating: front coating: back covering: fabric textile base, equal to 0.73÷ 1.09:0.9÷ 1.31:0.72÷ 0.96:0.93÷ 1.27, and the polyvinyl chloride coating is made on the basis of micro-suspension PVC using the phthalate-free plasticizer dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP), the front and back layers of the coating contain the plasticizer dioctyl adipate (DOA), phosphate plasticizer WSFR 71-B and “ТХПФ”, complex barium-zinc stabilizer Reagens SL 329, fire retardant zinc borate, coalescing additive 2,2,4-trimethyl-1,3-pentanediol monoisobutyrate Nexanol as an additive to adjust viscosity and deaerator BYK 3155, polyvinyl chloride primer coating contains micromarble filler - calcite Omyacarb 5UR, complex barium-zinc stabilizer Baerostab UBZ 660-4 RF and VulcabondTP adhesive additive. In this case, the primer contains components in the following ratio, parts by weight: microsuspension polyvinyl chloride brand Rusvinil 372NF 70-90, microsuspension polyvinyl chloride brand Vinnolit EXT 10-30, phthalate-free plasticizer dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) 46-51, plasticizer dioctyl adipate (DOA) 10- 15, micromarble filler (calcite) - Omyacarb 5UR 15-21, complex barium-zinc stabilizer Baerostab UBZ 660-4 RF 2.5-4, adhesive additive VulcabondTP 6-7,8, pigment paste Lakoplast 00604-2 White 3-5,7. The front/back coating contains components in the following ratio, parts by weight: microsuspension polyvinyl chloride brand Rusvinil 372NF 60-83, microsuspension polyvinyl chloride brand Vinnolit EXT 17-40, phthalate-free plasticizer dioctyl terephthalate (DOTP) 42-50, plasticizer dioctyl adipate (DOA) 10-12, phosphate plasticizer WSFR 71-B 7-10, phosphate plasticizer Trichloropropyl phosphate (“ТХПФ”) 5-7, chlorinated liquid paraffin Chlorinated paraffin 470 (“ХП-470”) 5-7, complex barium-zinc stabilizer Reagens SL 329 3.5-4.5, epoxidized soybean oil Edenol D81 1-2, mineral fire retardant magnesium hydroxide Ecopiren 3.5 9-12, fire retardant antimony trioxide 13-15, fire retardant zinc borate 3-6, coalescing additive 2,2,4-Trimethyl-1,3- pentanediol monoisobutyrate Texano1 2-4.5, deaerator BYK 3155 0.3-0.5, pigment paste Lakoplast 00604-2 White 10.5-13.
EFFECT: increasing the fire resistance and environmental friendliness of the material.
