SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction materials and can be used in production of ceramic construction materials, e.g. for making light tone face bricks made from Cambrian clay. The ceramic mixture for making light tone face bricks contains Cambrian clay and finely ground foamed concrete breakages with sieve No.008 residue not more than 10% and granular blast-furnace slag with fineness modulus M_fin=2.0-2.4, with the following ratio of components in wt %: Cambrian clay 56-64; finely ground foamed concrete breakages 18-22; granular blast-furnace slag 18-22.

EFFECT: higher burning temperature and strength of the articles.
