SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a pouring element for packaging filled with a bulk food product, as well as to a packaging kit. Pouring element (3) contains base (4) intended for installation around that specified area of the surface of package (2), which is intended to form a pouring hole, opening unit (5), connected to base (4) with the possibility of movement and made with the possibility of at least partial cutting and/or tearing and/or opening and/or piercing a predetermined area of the surface intended to form the pouring hole, and a control device configured to provide controlled translation of opening assembly (5) between the initial configuration and the operating configuration. The control device contains at least one element (29) for interaction connected to unit (5) for opening, at least one control ring connected to base (4) with the possibility of rotation, and at least one element (30) for interaction, connected and/or mated to the control ring and configured to interact with element (29) for interaction. When used when rotating the control ring around the rotation axis (E; F), element (30) interacts with interaction element (29) so as to cause translational movement of cutting element (16) of node (5) for opening for controlled translation of node (5) for opening from the initial configuration to the operating configuration, and part (31) of interaction element (30), end in the axial direction, is located in the rotation plane, which is fixed relative to base (4) when the control ring is rotated in use.
