SUBSTANCE: essence of the claimed method for matching the line of sight of an optical device with the longitudinal axis of the base chassis (BC) of an anti-aircraft weapon is that the device is installed with a slope from -40 to +40, the optical sight is leveled, on the right and left corners of the nose of the BC is fixed equal the length of the cable, the second ends of which are connected to each other to form an isosceles triangle, the middle of the BC bow is determined, coinciding with the middle of the base of the triangle and forming the line of the longitudinal axis of the BC with the apex of the triangle, the vertical laser line of the level installed at the vertex of the triangle is aligned with the mark of the middle of the bow of the BC, with the mutual direction of the vertical lines of the level and the viewfinder towards each other's optical centers, the values of the angles of the level and the viewfinder are taken, at different values of the angles of mismatch between the line of sight of the optical finder and the longitudinal axis of the BC, the location of the viewfinder relative to the mount is corrected until the mismatch in the values of the angles of the viewfinder and the level is eliminated.
EFFECT: achieving the parallelism to the line of sight of the optical viewfinder when its scales are set to zero relative to the longitudinal axis of the laser beam with less time.
