FIELD: electrical switching unit.
SUBSTANCE: electrical switching unit includes a housing and a plurality of arc chutes formed within the housing, each arc chute including an opening for releasing gas to the outside of the housing. The block contains a filter device (8) located outside the casing and containing: a plurality of inlet holes (28) located in the lower part (22) of the filter device, each of which is configured to interact in a fluid medium with one of the mentioned gas outlet holes; an outlet (36) located on the side (26) of the filter device; a common internal chamber (V8) in which inlet openings are provided in fluid communication with the outlet opening; a filter (40) having a flat shape, located inside the inner chamber between the inlet ports and the outlet port, and inclined inward.
EFFECT: providing filtration and cooling of extinguishing gases.
