FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a capsule for preparation of a food product in a device fit for liquid delivery into the capsule. The capsule contains at least one section with food ingredients mixed with liquid delivered for food product preparation and a filter intended for removal of contaminations contained in the liquid. The capsule has a selectively openable inlet hole for gas, positioned outside and inside the capsule and intended for gas delivery from outside into the capsule section without passing through the filtre.
EFFECT: invention ensures the possibility of a food mixture (in a preliminarily determined quantity) outlet from the capsule to produce a full portion from every capsule, for example, for a baby or child; additionally, the invention ensures hygienic safety of the contact between the device and the capsule after liquid filtration, in particular, during the capsule contents discharge.
