FIELD: retractable guides.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a retractable guide that can be used in furniture or household appliances. The retractable guide contains: a fixed guide rail configured to be attached to the body; a middle rail movably supported on the guide rail by first rolling elements located in the cage of the first rolling element; a running rail movably supported on the middle rail by second rolling elements located in the cage of the second rolling element. An opening is provided on the middle rail for a support member to support the running rail on the guide rail in the retracted position of the retractable guide. The supporting element is mounted on the middle rail with the possibility of lowering. At least one second rolling element is configured to pass through the opening for the supporting element.
EFFECT: optimized support of the running rail.
