FIELD: sports equipment.

SUBSTANCE: methods for producing a sports ball. The first option involves cutting out pieces of tire panels, strengthening the ball chamber with dense cord, coating the outer surface of the ball chamber, the back side of each piece of tire panel and the ends of the pieces of tire panels with heat-activated glue, assembling the pieces of tire panels and the ball chamber into a single structure by connecting the back sides pieces of tire panels with the outer surface of the ball chamber, as well as connecting the ends of the pieces of tire panels to each other, then the product is baked in a heating chamber, while the ball chamber and pieces of tire panels are pressed against each other by means of pressure, the resulting product is removed from the heating chamber. The second option involves cutting out pieces of tire panels, strengthening the ball's chamber with a dense cord, lubricating the ends of pieces of tire panels with heat-activated glue, coating the back side of pieces of tire panels with liquid natural latex, gluing the back sides of pieces of tire panels to the surface of the chamber using liquid natural latex and high pressure ball, adjusting the alignment of the ends of the pieces of tire panels with each other, placing the resulting product in a heating chamber, gluing the ends of adjacent pieces of tire panels to each other using excess pressure and high temperature, removing the product from the heating chamber.

EFFECT: increased strength and reliability of the resulting ball product produced by each declared option of the sports ball production method.
