SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the production of materials for electrochemical devices, namely, solid oxide electrolyte materials with proton conductivity based on lanthanum scandate (LaScO3), which can be used as an electrolyte material in proton-conducting solid oxide fuel cells used to obtain electricity. The material is a lanthanum scandate doped with Ba2+ and Y3+ cations in the lanthanum and scandium positions, respectively, and has the composition La0.9Ba0.1Sc0.9Y0.1O2.95.

EFFECT: high values of proton conductivity at T<500°C and pH2O = 2∙10−2 atm.
