SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the production of dietary flour confectionery products such as oatmeal cookies. Cookies with sorghum nectar are characterized by the following: they are cooked from premium wheat flour with the addition of paise flour and flaxseed flour, linseed oil and nigella oil, crushed dried grapes, varietal nectar, cinnamon, dried egg melange, sodium bicarbonate, vanillin and table salt, with the following content of recipe components, kg per 1,000 kg of finished product: 186.3 of premium wheat flour, 373.4 of paiz flour, 62.6 of flaxseed flour, 120.4 of dried grapes, 240.8 of sorghum nectar, 2.4 of table salt, 10.1 of dry egg melange, 24.1 of nigella oil, 48.2 of linseed oil, 0.7 of sodium bicarbonate, 7.2 of cinnamon, 2.4 of vanillin, the rest is water.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to obtain a new recipe for cookies with increased biological value.
