FIELD: processing and recycling of wastes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to integrated treatment and recycling of organic wastes by tunnel composting based on biochemical thermal destruction of a heterogeneous organic substrate. Device for closed tunnel composting of organic wastes includes at least one tunnel comprising a roof, a back wall and two side walls, aeration floor with a slope and a plurality of pipes with nozzles, a closed loading opening with a sealed door in the front part of the tunnel, a process gas apparatus, including a high-pressure chamber with a fan, providing the process gas supply into the aeration floor pipes, central lines of clean air, outlet air and filtrate collection. Each tunnel is made with an individual pressure chamber, which additionally includes a recirculation system configured to control the flow of exhaust air and clean air, besides, it comprises raw material humidification system that includes water feed lines with spray nozzles. Aeration floor is made with slope of 1 to 2 % from the loading opening towards the rear wall of the tunnel. Pipes of the aeration floor come out into the service tray located in front of the loading opening outside the tunnel parallel to the loading opening with slope of 1 to 2% from one side wall to the other one; at that, at the point where the pipes exit into the service tray, demountable plugs are installed. High-pressure chamber is located below the level of the pipes of the aeration floor in the rear part of the tunnel, directly at the point where the pipes exit from the rear wall of the tunnel. In the bottom part of the chamber, in one of the corners, there is a pit with a drain pump, and in the chamber, there is slope from 1 to 2 % from the walls of the chamber to the pit.

EFFECT: reduced emission of harmful substances, higher device efficiency, reliability and ease of maintenance.
