FIELD: testing equipment.

SUBSTANCE: means of diagnostic bench tests of electric drives of turnouts. The stand for diagnostic testing of electric drives of turnouts contains a test table, a terminal with a control and display panel and a personal computer equipped with a touch screen monitor. The stand has a calibration device. The load device is mechanical and connected to an adjustable power supply, electric drives and a torque meter. The controller is connected to a personal computer, the first and the second switches, a transfer counter, a timer, a transfer time counter, and the output of the electric drive under test. The fourth voltmeter, the first and the second ammeters connected to contactless position sensors included in the electric drive with a DC motor are connected to the output of the transformer, to the outputs of which the first and the second voltmeters are connected. The first autotransformer, using the first drive through a rectifier and the third ammeter, is connected to the input of the recorder, the output of which is connected to the third voltmeter and the first switch, to the output of which the electric drive is connected. The second, the third and the fourth autotransformers are connected to a universal meter using the second, the third and the fourth drive, then in series with other inputs of the recorder, the second switch and an electric drive. All measuring instruments are connected to a personal computer.

EFFECT: expansion of functionality, improvement of the compactness of the stand, and maintainability of the loading device.
