SUBSTANCE: invention can be used during cardiac neuroablation (CNA) surgery. Intraoperatively, baroreflex activity is assessed using an intravenous phenylephrine test at baseline and postoperatively. Low ABR is less than 5 ms/mm Hg at the initial stage indicates a low predicted effectiveness of cardiac neuroablation and is a criterion for changing treatment tactics in favor of pacemaker implantation. The decrease in ABR during the second test with phenylephrine is less than 90% compared to the first test or ABR is more than 5 ms/mm Hg the results of the second test indicate incomplete parasympathetic denervation of the heart, which is an indicator for continuing the operation. Reduction of ABR during the second test with phenylephrine by more than 90% compared to the first test or ABR less than 5 ms/mm Hg the results of the second test indicate sufficient parasympathetic denervation of the heart, which is an indicator for completing the operation.

EFFECT: method allows to evaluate the effectiveness of cardiac denervation, which allows to change treatment tactics at an early stage, as well as to evaluate the continuation or completion of the cardiac neuroablation operation.
