SUBSTANCE: device for pressing and molding hard cheeses includes a frame with pressing pneumatic cylinders and a rod, a vibrating plate with racks with shelves placed on it for stacking molds with cheese grains, a vibration exciter, elastic elements of the air suspension with varying rigidity due to changes in air pressure in them, connected between itself and the compressor by a common pneumatic system, and in the pneumatic system - a nipple air pressure relief valve, the rod of which is configured to contact the rod of the device frame, while the vibration exciter is an unbalanced type vibration exciter on a pendulum suspension.
