SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the railway transport. According to the invention the cars damping device is provided with pneumatic cylinders with movable axes in the vertical plane, with wheels freely mounted thereon in the horizontal plane and rollers rigidly connected with them, rotating in the vertical plane, made with possibility of vertical lifting, lowering and swinging on the shafts in the transverse direction, which are connected to pendulum arms through the shafts.
EFFECT: as a result, rails and wheel pairs wear decreases, traffic safety is increased.
