FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of controlling emissions of nitrogen compounds during the production of cellulose carbamate CCA. DP dissolving pulp and/or kraft pulp are produced in a pulp mill and activated. Next, the activated cellulose is reacted with urea to produce cellulose carbamate with the release of ammonia. The production of cellulose carbamate is integrated into a pulp mill, which has an off-gas treatment system so that the carbon dioxide in the off-gas is reacted with the ammonia produced to obtain urea used in the production of carbamate.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to effectively use ammonia and carbon dioxide and thus control their emissions in an integrated CCA plant and pulp mill.
