FIELD: shipbuilding; civil manned underwater vehicles.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the devices for providing a breathable air mixture inside civil manned underwater vehicles. The installation for regenerating the air mixture for breathing inside civil manned underwater vehicles contains a controller for the state of the air mixture for breathing, equipped with a control panel, installed in the cabin of the device and interconnected, the main and reserve units for mechanical cleaning, dehumidification, removal of CO2 and enrichment of the breathing mixture with oxygen, the main and backup units of air mixture state sensors, a sensor switching unit, a unit of electromagnetic oxygen valves and high-pressure reducers, a manual oxygen supply valve, a backup battery unit, as well as the main battery unit, the main and reserve oxygen cylinders installed on the outside of the cabin body. The breathing air mixture state controller is connected via low-current lines to a sensor switching unit and a unit of electromagnetic oxygen valves and high-pressure reducers. The main and backup units of air mixture state sensors are connected via the main and backup low-current lines, respectively, to the sensor switching unit. The unit of electromagnetic oxygen valves and high-pressure reducers is connected via the main and reserve oxygen lines, respectively, to the main and reserve units for mechanical cleaning, drying, removal of CO2 and enrichment of the breathing mixture with oxygen. The manual oxygen supply valve is connected via an oxygen line to a unit of electromagnetic oxygen valves and high-pressure reducers, and the main and reserve oxygen cylinders are connected via the main and reserve high-pressure oxygen lines, respectively, to a unit of electromagnetic oxygen valves and high-pressure reducers.
EFFECT: improves the efficiency of regeneration of the air mixture and the reliability of the installation, as well as the comfort and safety of the crew during prolonged stays under water.
