SUBSTANCE: chair contains a support base, a seat with a rotating mechanism, a movement mechanism, an axial movement locking mechanism, a longitudinal and transverse movement locking mechanism, and a movement release mechanism. The axial movement locking mechanism contains a stopper that engages with the grooves of the stationary ring. The mechanism for locking longitudinal and transverse movement includes a pair of spacer rings installed in the housing and a rotary lever on each guide. The release mechanism contains the first and second cables, a movable pulley, and two fixed pulleys, which can be tensioned by means of a solenoid. The first cable is connected to the rocking chair. The movable pulley is installed on the rocking chair. The second cable goes around three pulleys and is connected at its ends to the lateral movement locking mechanisms. The rocker is connected to the stopper of the axial movement locking mechanism by means of a lever configured to move linearly.

EFFECT: increased reliability of seat adjustment.
