FIELD: air transport.

SUBSTANCE: carrier contains mechanism for longitudinal and transverse movement, pivot mechanism, supports and seat retention mechanism. Pivot mechanism is made as moving platform supporting mechanism for longitudinal and transverse movement interconnected by bearings, and fixed ring at supports for the purpose of its fixing to passenger compartment floor. The carrier is also equipped with support plate fixed to the floor and each support is made of two U-shaped stands with claws at the ends for connection to pivot mechanism and support plate respectively. Claws are interconnected by membrane with variable section and narrowing in the middle part. Lower legs of stands are made with arch curved surface and interconnected by fasteners with support plate through oval grooves directed crosswise to flight direction while they are installed along flight direction.

EFFECT: maximum comfort for passenger and reduction of construction weight.
