FIELD: hydraulic engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used to perform and automate power processes during repairs. A linear circular saw for metal with an electric-hydraulic drive contains a housing, a DC electric motor with parallel and series field windings and an additional resistor, a holder for the object being processed, holders of the cutting blade, and a cutting blade. Also contains a two-chamber high-pressure hydraulic cylinder with a movable piston connected to the housing. The device contains a power carrier passing through the piston and chambers, connected to the blade holders. Two high-pressure seals are installed at the carrier outlets from the hydraulic chambers. A hydraulic pump with inlet and outlet openings is connected to the electric motor shaft. A spool with a three-channel rotary distribution piston with three fixed operating positions has an inlet pressure hydraulic line connected to the outlet of the hydraulic displacement pump. The invention is used as a converter of the rotational moment of an electric motor into the linear power movement of a cutting tool of a hydraulic motor and with a two-chamber hydraulic cylinder with an electric drive and with a spool-type rotary hydraulic switch for the direction of the power action of the hydraulic cylinder carrier. The automated operation of the hydraulic drive is ensured by power and control electromagnetic devices.
EFFECT: functionality of the linear circular saw is expanded in terms of its use for power cutting of parts of fixed structures in arbitrary spatial orientation.
