FIELD: agricultural industry.
SUBSTANCE: method and complex are used for drying, degassing, neutralizing and processing loose and non-friable waste from the agro-industrial complex, food and non-food agricultural products, including those that have lost their consumer properties. The complex for implementing the method includes a receiving hopper, six chambers for drying, degassing, neutralization and processing, a degassing chamber connected to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth chambers via suction pipes, two chambers for water, a twin-screw feeder with a load flow former the first chamber, a twin-screw feeder with a load flow shaper and a magnetic separator after the second chamber, a load flow shaper and a magnetic separator after the third and fourth chambers, a feeder after the fifth chamber, an air conditioner, a chiller for cooling running water, three generators of electromagnetic radiation, power supplies for emitters, cooling system for the generator and electromagnetic emitter, dry and warm air supply system with discharge pipes connected to the first, second, third, fourth and fifth chambers, water cooling unit connected to the degassing chamber, cooling system pipes.
EFFECT: increase in productivity due to the simultaneous exposure of the processed raw materials to electromagnetic radiation of different wavelengths and frequencies.
