SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cattle breeding products processing equipment and can be used for the non-food waste heat treatment, including the slaughter animals blood. Super high frequency device with the mesh drums 1 comprises shielding housing 4, inside which non-ferromagnetic hollow cellular drums 1 with longitudinal non-ferromagnetic compartments 9 are located on the shaft 12. Compartments have transverse radio-transparent cells 8 with width no more than the two super high frequency electromagnetic field penetration depths. Non-ferromagnetic compartments 9 width, length and depth are conform to the wavelength. Under the mesh drums 1 there is a bath 3, which provide the non-ferromagnetic compartment 9 complete immersion along the horizontal axis. “Volchek” 2 shredders are docked to the bath 3. At the mesh drums 1 side surface, below their horizontal axis, radio-transparent scraper rolls 6 are mounted on the shaft 12 so, that their plate scrapers 7 are immersed into the corresponding radio-transparent cells 8 along the horizontal axis. Shielding housing 4 is provided with exhaust fans 10 and hatch.

EFFECT: use of the invention will allow to perform the slaughter animals non-food waste quality heat treatment.
