FIELD: flue gas cleaning.
SUBSTANCE: flue cleaning device comprises an outer casing, an inner cylindrical casing, a cover with a loading opening. The inner cavity of the inner casing is divided by a grate into two zones. The first zone is the primary combustion chamber, in which the grate is located. The second zone is a flue gas post-treatment chamber located under the grate. Emitters of electromagnetic waves are placed on the outer case opposite the flue gas post-treatment chamber. There is a branch pipe for the exit of flue gases from the flue gas aftertreatment chamber. A heat-insulating material is placed between the outer casing and the inner casing. The inner casing and heat-insulating material are made of materials that are transparent to electromagnetic radiation and chemically inert with respect to flue gases. The grate is made in the form of a truncated cone, tapering upwards. The surface of the grate is made with longitudinal slots. Along the slots of the grate, flue gas guides extending into the internal cavity of the grate are made, located at an angle to the surface of the grate. The flue gas post-treatment chamber is made in the form of a truncated cone, tapering downwards, while the flue gas post-treatment chamber is in communication with the ash collector. The electromagnetic emitters are designed to periodically change the frequency of electromagnetic radiation in the range of resonant frequencies or frequencies that are multiples of the resonant frequencies of vibrations of atoms of substances contained in flue gases. In the area of the grate location there are nozzles for supplying the oxidizer tangentially relative to the surface of the inner casing.
EFFECT: effective flue gas cleaning during waste disposal.
