METHOD FOR DISMANTLING MONOLITHIC REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMLESS FLOOR WITH RECYCLING OF MATERIALS LEFT AFTER DISASSEMBLY Russian patent published in 2024 - IPC E04G23/08

Abstract RU 2811515 C1

FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates namely to a method for dismantling monolithic reinforced concrete structures with subsequent disposal. The method consists of drilling holes, making through holes for slinging a monolithic reinforced concrete beamless floor, fastening chain slings through the through holes, slinging the floor with the removal of slack in the sling chains, diamond cutting the floor into blocks using a rope machine, moving the floor blocks with a crane to the breaking point, breaking blocks, crushing the resulting concrete scrap in a jaw crusher. In advance, the mass of a monolithic reinforced concrete beamless floor is calculated, based on which the maximum permissible weight and dimensions of one floor block are determined in accordance with the lifting capacity of the crane, temporary reinforcement of the floor is performed by installing metal racks under the center of gravity of each floor block, having hydraulic jacks at the base and connected by metal stiffening belts in the middle and at the base of each rack, followed by jacking up the floor blocks and marking the floor into blocks in such a way that the cut of the floor when dismantling from the edge of the floor is at a distance of no more than 50 cm for a stable position of the floor block without additional support. In this case, the installation of through holes for slinging the monolithic floor, fastening through the through holes with a loop of chain slings, slinging the monolithic floor with the removal of slack in the sling chains, diamond cutting of the monolithic floor into blocks using a rope machine, moving the floor blocks by crane to the breaking point is carried out in stages for each block separately, while the number of stages is determined by the accepted number of floor blocks, and after breaking the blocks and crushing the resulting concrete scrap in a jaw crusher, the crushing screenings are separated into fractions for subsequent use in concrete composites.

EFFECT: increasing the technological efficiency of dismantling works.
