SUBSTANCE: invention can be used in the feed industry for the quantitative determination of valine in feed valine. Before starting the work on the Bruker MPA or Bruker Tango-R infrared analyzers, the background is measured for 60 seconds, then valine is selected on the display, after which the sample with valine is placed on the bottom of two glasses of the same capacity, while the sample layer completely covers the bottom of each glass without the possibility of air bubbles and transparency, then the first glass is placed in the analyzer and measurement begins. After the message appears on the analyzer screen: “1 of 2 measurements taken. If you are ready to continue, click OK” place a second glass in the analyzer and start the analyzer again, after the second measurement the result of the measurement of valine in feed valine sulfate will be displayed on the screen.

EFFECT: ability to quickly and accurately quantify valine in feed valine without the use of any chemical reagents and without any sample preparation.
