FIELD: gearboxes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to variable-speed gearboxes with a belt. The belt consists of two conical driving and driven V-shaped drive belts. The belts are twisted 180 degrees in the form of a Mobius ring and connected at their bases to metal clamps with a washer to form a ventilation-compensation gap between the belts and the tape of a size equal to the thickness of the washers. A cylindrical roller-separator of intersecting belt branches is installed on the bearing units of the housing, which has an air blade at the point of their contact. The housing has air inlet and outlet openings.
EFFECT: increasing reliability and service life.
