FIELD: bioenergy.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices for enzymology with means for collecting fermentation gases, namely methane, and can be used in bioenergy when carrying out technological processes of anaerobic digestion of organic waste, such as cattle manure, bird droppings, sewage sludge. The bioreactor contains a body with thermal insulation and a removable lid, inside which interconnected working mesophilic and thermophilic sections of equal volume are mounted, separated by a cylindrical partition. To load biomass into the bioreactor, a loading pipeline is connected to the body, and to unload it, a discharge pipeline is connected. To heat the biomass, tubular radiators are installed in the sections, made in the form of coils filled with water and connected by expansion chambers with heating elements installed in them. Electromechanical stirrers with electric motors are installed in the removable cover and bottom of the housing, with a paddle attachment mounted on the drive shaft. To remove gas, pipelines are installed in the lid, connected to a mixing chamber equipped with a pressure gauge, the outlet pipe of which, with a gas meter installed on it, is connected to the gas tank. To control the pressure of the gas medium in the internal cavities of the sections, pressure gauges are installed in the housing cover. To control the temperature of the gas medium in the internal cavities of the sections, temperature sensors are installed in the housing cover, and to control the temperature of the substrate, temperature sensors are installed in the side wall of the housing. The outputs of the temperature sensors are connected to the measuring inputs of the bioreactor control unit, and the power outputs of the control unit are connected to heating elements and electric stirrer motors.

EFFECT: increased productivity for biogas production, the ability to automate work.
