FIELD: agriculture; fuel energetics; methods and the devices for the anaerobic reprocessing of the organic wastes.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of agriculture and the fuel energetics and may be used for reprocessing of the organic waste, for example, the manure, the poultry manure. The installation of the anaerobic reprocessing of the organic wastes contains the anaerobic bioreactor with the main heater of the biomass, the system of feeding of the source crude manure, the system of the biogas withdrawal equipped with the vacuum pump, the system of withdrawal of the liquid organic fertilizer and the system of control over the production process. The anaerobic bioreactor is made in the form of the hermetically closed container divided by means of vertical partitions into four hydraulically connected among themselves sections including the partitions of the heat exchanger mounted in height from the bioreactor body bottom up to the mirror of the liquid in the bioreactor, and the set of six overflow partitions. The first of the four hydraulically connected among themselves sections is the loading section is connected to the source crude manure supply system. The second section is the preparatory section, the third section is the intermediate section and the fourth section is the over-flow section connected with the system of removal of the liquid organic fertilizer. The inlet of the supply system of the source crude manure is connected to the system of preparation of the source crude manure, which is made in the form of the tank for reception of the raw equipped with devices for comminution, agitation and mixing of the initial biomass with the overfermented slime and its preliminary heating. The anaerobic bioreactor is equipped with the device of the intensive stirring of the biomass, which is made in the form of two pumps mounted outside the body of the anaerobic bioreactor. The technical result of the invention is the increased productivity of the production process, the increased output of the produced biogas and the liquid organic fertilizer, the ensured ecological purity of the production and the high reliability of operation of the installation.
EFFECT: the invention ensures the increased productivity of the production process and the output of the produced biogas and the liquid organic fertilizer, the improved ecological protection, the high reliability of operation of the installation.
