FIELD: cutting fluids and their concentrates.
SUBSTANCE: concentrate of cutting fluid has been proposed for mechanical processing of difficult-to-machine materials, consisting of titanium and titanium alloy, containing triethanolamine soap of synthetic fatty acids of the C7-C9 fraction (15.0-18.0 wt.%), oleic acid (4.0 -6.0 wt.%), sodium nitrite (0.5 wt.%), glycol (3.0 wt.%) and water (46.5-61.5 wt.%), according to the invention, the concentrate additionally contains castor oil (16.0-26.0 wt.%).
EFFECT: simultaneous increase in corrosion resistance and durability of cutting tools by improving the performance characteristics of the inventive concentrate.
