FIELD: special-destination fluids.
SUBSTANCE: water-based concentrate, appropriate for machining of ferrous and nonferrous metals as well as for use in tube manufacture, contains, wt %: triethanolamine 2-10, monoethanolamine 2-10, triethanolamine-fatty acid soap 12-20, polyethylene glycol monoalkyl ethers based on primary fatty alcohols 2-6, boric acid 2-6, zinc-dipotassium (disodium) salt of hydroxyethylidenediphosphonate (4) in the form of solution 0.3-1.0, and mineral oil 3-10.
EFFECT: increased durability of task tool, enhanced protection of machined material against corrosion during machining and in storage period.
