FIELD: material processing.

SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to a lubricating-cooling liquid concentrate for magnetic-abrasive processing of aluminum and its alloys; it can be used in mechanical engineering and other industries. The claimed lubricating-cooling liquid concentrate contains resin or fatty acid soaps and a product of processing of fatty acids of C₇-C₉ fraction with alkanolamine, sodium nitrite, potassium hydroxide, and water. As resin or fatty acid soap, potassium soaps of resin or oleic acid are used, as the product of processing of fatty acids of C₇-C₉ fraction with alkanolamine, a product of condensation at 100-130°C of fatty acids of C₇-C₉ fraction with triethanolamine is used. The concentrate also contains triethanolamine salt of alkylphenylethoxyphosphate (“Phosphoxite-7” additive), wt.%: resin or fatty acid soaps and a product of processing of fatty acids of C₇-C₉ fraction with alkanolamine – 40.0-60.0, “Phosphoxite-7” additive – 6.0-12.0, sodium nitrite – 2.0, potassium hydroxide – 2.0, water is the rest.

EFFECT: simultaneous increase in the performance and reduction in roughness of processed surfaces in magnetic-abrasive processing by improvement of operational properties of the claimed concentrate.
