FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: claimed invention relates to the measuring the parameters of a multiphase mixture flow, in particular to a device capable of measuring the flow rate and/or composition of a multiphase mixture without preliminary separation of its components. The claimed device can be used in information and measurement systems of the oil production and oil refining industries. The device contains an X-ray source as a means of radiation with feedback through a radiation detector; X-ray transparent section of the pipeline with the ability to study multiphase liquid; an X-ray matrix detector as a detection means with a hole in the central region to accommodate the entrance hole of the spectrometer with the ability to photograph the flow at a given frame rate; X-ray spectrometer with the ability to measure the power spectrum of X-ray radiation; an analysis tool with the ability to process data coming from an X-ray matrix detector, an X-ray spectrometer and determine the flow rate of one or more phases of the measured medium. After the X-ray source there is a collimator-protective device in the form of a lead block, in which there is a through hole in the form of a truncated cone, formed on one side by the hole of the X-ray source, and on the other side by the maximum size of the matrix X-ray detector. Next, the radiation detector is located in such a way that its measuring part is located in the X-ray radiation flow with the ability to measure the intensity of X-ray radiation before entering the substance from the X-ray source in order to further correct the measurement results and control the operation of the X-ray source, and the radiolucent section of the pipeline is made of a circular cross-section.

EFFECT: ability to correct each X-ray photograph, eliminating fluctuations of X-ray radiation, reducing the light spot, and increasing the manufacturability of the device.
