FIELD: measuring.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to measurement equipment, in particular to flow meters of multiphase flows without preliminary separation. Flow meter of multiphase flows includes restricting device 1, which includes inlet confuser 2, neck 3 in the form of a flow slot with a cross-section in the form of an ellipse, as well as outlet diffuser 4. In neck 3 along the narrow radius of the ellipse opposite each other there are optically transparent windows 5, opposite to which NIR radiation source 6 and NIR radiation receiver 7 connected to signal converter 8 are arranged, wherein NIR radiation source 6 is an array of infrared light-emitting diodes for different wavelengths λ in the range from the wavelength of maximum oil absorption to the wavelength of maximum water absorption, and NIR radiation receiver 7 is made in the form of a wideband dual photodiode, wherein the LEDs in the matrix of the NIR radiation source and the broadband dual photodiode in the NIR radiation receiver are mounted on Peltier modules placed on heat-removing element 10. Pressure take-off at the inlet of the restricting device is located before inlet confuser 2 by means of pressure take-off chamber 11, the outlet pressure take-off inside neck 3 is located directly behind optical windows 5 in the direction of the multiphase flow.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of measurement of amount of gas, liquid hydrocarbons (oil, oil products, gas condensate, natural gas liquids) and water contained in oil products mutually immiscible with water, gas condensate and free oil or natural gases of well products.
