FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: use for measuring the flow parameters of a multiphase fluid. Summary of the invention is that the flowmeter includes an X-ray tube, an X-ray transparent pipeline section for studying multiphase fluid, a matrix X-ray detector, an analysis tool for processing data coming from the detector, an anti-scattering X-ray mask to reduce the effect of scattered radiation on the image. X-ray filter is installed in front of the detector, which is made of two kinds of filter materials having different radiation absorption coefficient and arranged in staggered order. After the X-ray transparent section, a spectrometer is installed parallel to the matrix X-ray detector, which serves to measure the intensity of X-ray radiation, taking into account its photon energy distribution.
EFFECT: simplification of the design of a multiphase X-ray flowmeter with simultaneous increase in reliability and accuracy of measurement during operation.
