SUBSTANCE: garment steamer (100) comprising a stand assembly (50), a removable ironing board (60) configured to be connected to the stand assembly (70) by means of a connecting mechanism (70) allowing the ironing board to be positioned in the first angular orientation or in the second angular orientation. The connecting mechanism includes the first fastener (71) secured to the ironing board and the second fastener (72) secured to the top of the stand assembly. The first fastening means contains a male assembly, the second fastening means contains a plurality of female assemblies located at a certain angle relative to each other, and the specified male assembly is configured to interact with at least two female assemblies taken from the specified set of female assemblies.
