FIELD: construction.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods for increasing heat-insulating properties of a building enclosing structure, in particular, such as design of facade glazing of balconies and loggias, having transparent glass elements and/or non-transparent filling elements as filling. Method for heat insulation of a building enclosing structure consisting of a frame and a glazing element fixed thereon, in which, according to the invention, an additional glazing element with a gap is glued to the existing glazing element from the side of the room, forming a sealed air chamber between existing glazing element and glued glazing element. Gap is made by installing spacer frame, which is glued between existing glazing element and glued glazing element through non-hardening sealant on opposite sides of frame. When gluing the spacer frame and the glazing element, there are also gaps along the perimeter between them and the frame of the enclosing structure. Fixing the spacer frame and glued glazing element to the frame of the enclosing structure is ensured by fixing them with a sealant which fills the gap between the structure frame and the spacer frame, the structure frame and the glazing element to be glued. Glass-to-glass or glass can be used as glued element glazing.

EFFECT: invention simplifies the method of heat insulation of the enclosing structure of the building, increases its manufacturability, reduces labor intensity of implementation and improves reliability.
