SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for the treatment of papulopustular subtype of rosacea. Pathological lesions of facial skin are treated using a Vbeam Perfecta laser unit with a wavelength of 595 nm. The entire area of the lesions is exposed to a handpiece with a working spot of 10 mm, a laser pulse energy density of 4.5 J/cm² with a pulse length of 10 ms. The area of telangiectasia is treated with a handpiece with working spot 3×10 mm, laser pulse energy density 12–13 J/cm² with a pulse length of 10–20 ms. The area of single inflammatory elements is treated with a handpiece with a working spot of 10 mm, a laser pulse energy density of 4.5 J/cm² with a pulse length of 3 ms. The frequency of exposure is up to 1.5 Hz, the number of impulses per procedure is 150–200 with an interval of 1 time in 2 weeks. Simultaneously with laser therapy, ivermectin 1% in the form of a cream is used once a day for a course of treatment of 2–4 months.

EFFECT: method ensures the absence of local and general adverse reactions, an increase in the therapeutic effect, a reduction in the treatment period, an increase in the period of remission, an improvement in the general psychosomatic status of the patient, no need for antibacterial therapy, due to the synergistic effect of anti-inflammatory therapy with ivermectin 1% and laser exposure with a wavelength of 595 nm.
